Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging and conversational calls that discover the true needs of a prospective customer’s circumstances.
• Present and sell company products that satisfy those needs.
• Compose professional email communications.
• Focus on achieving quotas (true sales warriors surpass them – we love those).
• Diligently follow up and track activity in the company CRM.
• Be trained by the best in the industry.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales or relationship management (financial sales are a plus)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and USE them
• A knack for building rapport and relationships with sales prospects
• Strong presentation skills
• A passion for meeting deadlines
• The ability to listen with the intent to understand versus the intent to simply reply

Compensation and benefits:
• Monthly compensation at quota $5,000, which includes an annual salary of $33,000.
• Quarterly bonuses that can double your commission payments.
• Annualized compensation target of $75,000 as a BSC-1.
