Overview:
GoCollect is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and experience with social media marketing and analytic tools, as well as have a creative mind to help us expand our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation of social media posts that will sustain the curiosity of readers and create a buzz around any new products or services
• Collaborate with designers on creating informative, attractive content
• Report on online feedback and reviews from followers
• Suggest new methods to attract prospective customers, such as competitions or promotions
• Suggest ways to optimize content
• Monitor, review, analyze and report on all social media KPIs
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
• Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
• Manage multiple overlapping campaigns
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, including proofing copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
• Execute ongoing and approved campaigns according to brand guidelines
• Create new shareable memes, content, and engagement opportunities
• Reply to customers and public figures through brand accounts

Qualifications:
Required
• U.S. Citizen located near Charlotte, NC
• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Self-starter who is goal-oriented and accountable
Preferred
• 3+ years of experience with content, copywriting, and email marketing
• Desire to work hands-on in a performance-based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with, Active Campaign, Sprout, and Google Analytics (preferred)
• Proven experience using social media
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of latest social media online platforms and web-based applications across multiple devices
• Creative vision for engaging content
