The Manager of Financial Reporting will report directly to the Director of Financial Operations & Reporting and is responsible for coordinating internal and external parties to meet various reporting requirements. This position requires someone who can effectively collaborate within the department, with external departments, and with external vendors to support our high growth rate and reporting demands. It requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to clearly communicate amongst various different levels in the organization. This position is highly visible to the CFO and Controller and will have the opportunity to participate in several aspects of operating a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities:
• Act as subject matter expert for internal and external GAAP reporting
• Assist in the execution of the annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors
• Mange external financial reporting requirements, including debt covenants and other bank reporting with the opportunity to manage SEC reporting in the event of a future go public event
• Liaise with accounting team, FP&A team, and third-party service providers to gather information and maintain relevant supporting schedules
• Contribute to assessment, implementation, and compliance with new and proposed accounting and reporting standards
• Provide technical accounting research and analysis, and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical, and comprehensive manner
• Partner with other accounting managers to ensure interdepartmental process flows that support overall company goals
• Assist and participate on a variety of strategic initiatives, ad-hoc projects, and analysis

Qualifications:
Required
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 + years’ experience of public or related corporate accounting experience
• 2+ years’ experience with GAAP
• CPA License
• Experience in SEC reporting with public company or on public company clients
• Advanced Excel skills
Preferred
• Advanced Accounting Degree
