Responsibilities:
• Perform income, credit, occupancy, fraud, asset and property analysis on loan files submitted within the time frame established by departmental management
• Perform timely reviews of conditions submitted as well as loan re-submissions
• Manage pipeline of loans within required performance standards and service level agreements
• Obtain and review customer documents, and set appropriate conditions within time frame established by departmental management
• Ensure integrity of all data and process inputs
• Maintain monthly performance measurements on timeliness, production goals, quality, compliance regulatory, and customer satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communication in a professional manner with business partners
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years residential mortgage loan processing, underwriting property, or loss mitigation experience in the past 5 years
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience with reviewing income
