Overview:
You will be responsible for the implementation of design solutions that meet marketing and branding strategies from concept to completion. This position requires specialized knowledge of methods and techniques of typography, design, and layout for both print and digital applications. You should have experience in printing and production methods as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

About you:
You will be a proactive and confident creative – who works well independently and as part of a team. You will be looking to grow and expand your skills set, with a willingness to research and learn new approaches as needed. You will have meticulous attention to detail with strong production art skills. You are well-organized and experienced with time management.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years design experience
• BA in Design or related field
• Excellent eye for design, typography, and color
• Imaginative, well-organized, good-natured, dedicated, flexible
• Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated ability to utilize feedback/direction to generate multiple design explorations and iterative designs
• The ability to manage multiple assignments at the same time (including organizing and prioritizing workload, as well as working efficiently under pressure in a deadline-driven environment)
• Creative problem-solving skills that enable you to evaluate, brainstorm, and present original ideas
• Careful attention to detail and sensitivity to version control issues
• Solid knowledge of the print production process
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Able to articulate the creative process, thoughts, ideas and justification behind your work
• A positive attitude, a sense of humor and the ability to thrive in both collaborative and autonomous environments
• Self-motivated – you like to figure out how to get the work done instead of waiting to be told what to do

Compensation and benefits:
• Competitive annual salary based on experience level
