Overview:
The Finance Assistant provides direct support to the Finance Manager for tasks related to the entire revenue cycle. We are looking for a fun, friendly team-player who enjoys learning new skills, is flexible, is a self-starter, and has amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Input insurance information and file claims
• Submit Medicare Part B claims online
• Prepare and submit Workers Compensation claims
• Prepare and mail billing statements
• Post daily charges and credits to patient accounts
• Interact with clients and/or insurance companies as needed on billing matters

Qualifications:
• Ability to handle client information in a discreet and confidential manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and is generally computer savvy
• General knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principals
• Highly Organized
