The Brand Strategy Manager will develop brand extensions and new revenue opportunities for SFC portfolio companies. Envision and design new business ideas for incubation within SFC target verticals consumer sector. Develop a unique voice for SFC within the growth equity and small-cap buyout industry. This role requires 30% travel.

• Create brand extension and new revenue line opportunities across SFC portfolio
• Analyze emerging trends and subsectors within the consumer industry
• Envision and design new business ideas within SFC target sectors that tap unmet demand
• Develop a voice for SFC to uniquely position SFC within small-cap buyout sector for inbound entrepreneurs

• Good sense of humor

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred
• 5+ years experience in marketing, branding, or creative strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, prioritization skills
• Attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record preferred
• Comfort with Cloud-Based Technology and Virtual Office Management Tools (Dropbox, OneDrive, Virtual Mailboxes, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook (calendar management & email), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required

Compensation and benefits:
• Compensation: $100-125,000 + Discretionary Bonus – Dependent on Experience
