Need some healthy food inspiration? We rounded up some of our favorite Charlotte spots with healthy (and tasty) menu items to try.

Eating healthy is likely more important than ever. The health-conscious pros at OrthoCarolina say that eating a nutrient rich diet can help boost your immune system – something we could all use right now.
