Overview:
The Social Media Manager role will support the enterprise brand activation through social media for Trane Technologies. The role will support talent recruitment through social media channels. Including social listening, optimizing posts, who consumes the content where/when; and ensuring posts are optimized and tracked.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams and business units to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in social media management
• Knowledge of social media technology such as Hootsuite
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Expertise in content management and content development
• Basic knowledge of search engine marketing and optimization
• Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Familiarity with web design
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
