Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Media & Project Manager to be based out of our Charlotte office (working from home during the shelter in place order), reporting to the Director of Digital Experiences and Media Partnerships. The M&P Manager is responsible for managing inbound and outbound affiliate relationships to drive ROI for Caring, as well as coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders across varying departments, setting daily/weekly/monthly MarTech priorities against the organization’s strategic road map.

As part of the marketing team, you will work across a range of product categories and assist in managing relationships with multiple providers of products and services. You will work closely with executives, including C-Level leadership, to drive projects and relationships forward contributing to the growth of the Caring organization and helping us achieve Caring’s mission

Responsibilities:
• Presenting and reporting on performance of the traffic that Caring buys & sells from affiliates
• Provide Affiliates with invoicing summaries so that they can bill Caring
• Working with finance to create invoices to send to affiliates so Caring can collect revenues generated through the sale of our traffic
• Work with finance team to ensure revenue and expenses are appropriately reported in caring financials
• Supporting requests for information and new campaigns from our affiliate partners
• Creating opportunities to buy/sell traffic with new/existing affiliates and support or drive negotiations with the affiliates
• Working with the engineering team to ensure proper monetization and tracking across our portfolio of digital assets
• Communicating changes to incoming affiliate traffic to our Operations team to ensure proper staffing
• Improving existing protocols for sprint planning
• Ongoing management of marketing and technology team sprint planning and prioritization
• Coordinating with the application engineering team to ensure alignment on projects spanning both teams
• Unblocking work that requires input or assistance from other parties
• Coordinating with and supporting requests from both internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams
• Scoping project plans and gathering requirements from stakeholders to ensure that projects are completely defined and have clear • boundaries
• Innovating with the marketing team to improve the process, and grow the digital product

Qualifications:
Has 2+ years in a scrum-master/project or product management role
• Has tremendous attention to detail and an eye for identifying missing pieces
• Isn’t afraid to ask questions and challenge requests from members of any team
• Asks the right clarifying questions to get to the root details of a request to fully understand it
• Can work with internal operations, technology, and digital teams to drive results and optimize conversion rates
• Has strong skills with Microsoft Excel and the entire Office suite of products
• Has experience with Data visualization tools (like Looker or Tableau)
• Is willing to take on and lead difficult and at-times contentious conversations
• Has the ability to conduct profitability analysis and use that analysis to drive negotiations (internally/externally)
• Has strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Can work with internal operations, technology, and digital teams to drive results and optimize conversion rates
• Has strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and relationships concurrently
• Intensity and drive to push on the team forward and move the needle on important projects
• Experience in internal and external relationship management
