I keep getting those automated emails from Zillow telling me that my “Zestimate” has gone up. So, I checked to see how my estimated home price compared to homes for sale in my neighborhood. I was shocked to see some of the prices in our neighborhood.
According to Zillow, Charlotte’s median home value is $161,000 (up 5.6 percent over the past year) and Zillow predicts that values will rise 3.3 percent within the next year.
Here’s a look at the top of the real estate market in certain neighborhoods (this is not every Charlotte neighborhood, just a selection).
