Overview:
The Housing Supervisor’s primary function is to manage a team of operators within an assigned Housing group. Each group will be assigned specific operational tasks within the Housing event life cycle.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily duties of the Build Team
• Review of hotel contracts
• Communication to contracted hotels during setup process
• Tracking progress of hotel responses and completion
• Input of contractual details into identified housing platform
• Creation of Attendee booking website
• Work hand-in-hand with other members of the Housing Division to fulfill assigned project deliverables according to project timeline commitments
• Delegate tasks from the Client Success Team to be completed by the deliverable date
• Set expectations and priorities to meet assigned project deliverables
• Identify areas of critical need, give feedback and provide monthly/quarterly updates to management
• Function as a point of contact for escalations for Housing Coordinators. Proactively provide recommendations for corrective action to leadership as appropriate
• Utilize office tools to manage available resources
• Ensure accuracy of all tasks completed by assigned team
• Drive individual development and continuous improvement for assigned team
• Lead and accomplish human resource objectives as they relate to: Recruiting, orienting, training, coaching and counseling; Communicating job expectations; Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; Enforcing policies and procedures
• Partner with management to accurately forecast productivity and analyze historical trends
• Motivate and inspire team members to surpass their potential
• Provide task assistance during peak times
• Participate in creation and roll out of process documents
• Provide strategic recommendations into enhancements in operational processes to increase efficiency and improve service
• Respond to escalated issues assigned from the Housing Operations Manager, Contact Center and Client Success Manager
• Utilize all office tools to ensure timely and accurate completion of the team’s assigned tasks in Passkey, Aventri, Outpost, In Contact and other applicable systems

• This position is directly responsible for leading their assigned Housing Coordinators on the Housing Operations Team.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands to grasp, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience managing direct reports
• Previous experience and demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in-person, via email and over the phone
• Ability to stay organized and clearly communicate across a fast-paced team
• Ability to exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to break down complex activities into attainable project tasks using critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Experience communicating in a remote working environment
• Experience working with Cvent, Passkey or similar event housing platform
• Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally to other lines of business
• Demonstrated initiative to participate in departmental projects
