ScentAir is looking for a driven Inside Sales Account Executive who wants to jump in and help pioneer the scent marketing industry. You will directly contribute to our fast paced, global growth by consultatively selling the experience of ScentAir, leading global provider of scent marketing solutions.

• Research, identify and generate new business opportunities via outbound calls
• Utilize Salesforce, database, and web to prospect new business
• Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative environment
• Run consultative/effective/professional meetings with potential clients
• Position the best solutions, fragrance, service plan to meet client’s business objectives to win new business
• Exceed monthly sales goals by strategically maintaining an organized pipeline within Salesforce
• Research industry trends
• Attend ongoing product and fragrance training sessions
• Participate in ongoing consultative, professional sales development
• Drive to individually compete (and win!) while remaining a fantastic team player
• Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
• Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas and be intensely focused on consistent execution of proven sales methods

• 2+ years of professional sales experience
• Proven track record of achievement, preferably selling B2B products or services
• Trained in consultative/value-based selling
• Technically savvy and specifically skilled in CRM ( preferred)
• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
• Works well with minimal supervision taking initiative to develop personal improvement and career advancement
