Overview:
The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for the insertion order process, assisting the Regional Sales Managers and their assigned Gray Television stations with the process, requesting additional information when required, and fostering good relationships with Vertical Sales Team members and station staff. The Client Success Coordinator will also cross-train on the Ad Operations Specialist’s duties to provide backup coverage when needed.

Accounts include automakers and dealerships, hospitals, health systems, insurance groups and multi-physician practice groups across all Gray Television markets. Gray digital platforms include 90+ news/broadcast desktop and mobile platforms as well as a robust suite of programmatic and extended audience solutions. The ideal candidate will possess experience with order entry using sales pipeline tracking systems or CRM.
