Sales Associate

LA Bikini is at the forefront of a generational shift in the way that beautiful skin is achieved. We’ve cast aside the methods of the past, namely hot wax, in favor of a more modern, more comfortable technique called ‘sugaring’. Simply put, it’s the removal of unwanted body hair by applying a proprietary sugar paste that goes on cool, comes off easily, and leaves skin unbelievably smooth. So smooth, in fact, we call it, “The New Smooth.”

Overview:
This job requires a blend of skill, competency, and immense dedication. A friendly outgoing individual who is comfortable engaging customers and who is a champion for the business. Someone who is not satisfied with just achieving their goals or completing tasks, but exceeding them. Sales Associate reports to the Studio Manager and works on their direction for meeting company objectives. This is a part time role (20-30 hours/weekly) and is eligible for all benefits and PTO. 

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, detail oriented, able to multi-task, tech savvy (phone and iPad/computer) skills & quick learner, strong interpersonal skills with customer service and sales background, and comfortable working in a fun and upbeat work environment.
