Split Second Sound is the largest mobile private event DJ entertainment company in the Carolinas, handling close to 1,500 jobs per year.

Overview:
Full time Customer Service person with Sales & General Office experience. Casual dress work environment. We handle many high profile events so trust and reliability is important.

Monday thru Friday, about 45 hours a week. (M-Thur 9:30-7, F 9-4) Once in a while a weekend day/night for maybe QC checks or job visits.

Salary based on experience, skills and potential. Includes; vacation time, 8 paid holidays and medical coverage.

Responsibilities:
• Handling (most) inbound emails and calls, responding to some, delegating out others.
• Sometimes discussing our services on the phone or setting up an appointment to meet with our sales manager (or possibly you).
• Some admin reporting like confirming appointments, reports, gathering industry data.
• Tracking vendors and venues in our industry, some QC, keeping contact list up to date, etc.
• Attend some networking events or visit with industry professionals.
• Helping with marketing and social media a plus, like putting together banners/ads or small video for sales presentations, etc.
• Great phone manner, attention to small details and a positive attitude a must.
