Sr. Paid Media Analyst
Overview:
As our Sr. Paid Media Analyst, you will be immersed in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Local across our portfolio of clients. The Sr. Paid Media Analyst is responsible for strategizing, executing, and reporting on campaigns we run for our clients. You are a data nerd at heart with a creative eye and ability to contribute to compelling ad copy. When it comes to making media decisions, our motto is test, test, and test some more. We use data to inform every decision, so we’re looking for someone who can harness data to make a true impact beyond making ourselves look good in the numbers. Our team is growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
• Strategize, build, develop, launch, monitor, optimize, and report on all ad campaigns
• Deliver Paid Media performance reports to clients
• Partner with our creative team to ensure media plans are aligned with the larger business strategy and content requirements
• Brainstorm ideas for website content, as well as campaign images and ad copy to A/B test
• Source new networks and traffic sources to test
• Collaborate closely with the content team as well as the tech team to drive a cohesive vision and user experience with advertising campaigns
• Report and communicate results to internal team
• Constantly provide creative best practices and feedback to drive high-performing advertising campaigns
• Leverage emerging platforms to identify and engage with known and new audiences
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of digital and integrated media experience; leading teams, communicating directly with clients
• Expertise in call tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Business listings
• Expertise in Google and Facebook Ad Manager
• Experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, Local – Display a bonus
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging digital technology and advertising platforms and demonstrated experience building and leading multiple digital media campaigns simultaneously
• Experience working on clients who are comms plan-driven; ability to translate comms strategy into media approaches
• Ability to grow existing business and participate in new business pitches and department-wide initiatives
• Persuasive storytelling and relaxed presentation abilities
• Proficient with Excel
• Technical & Analytical orientation
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to hit performance goals
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• College degree preferred
