Overview:
Wyndham Capital Mortgage is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop strategic initiatives and integrated campaigns to support the company’s overall growth objectives. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will work within the marketing team and partner with key stakeholders to create, execute, and report on demand generation campaigns. We are seeking a passionate marketing professional that loves blending the right brain with the left and who wants to own digital excellence within a company.
Wyndham Capital needs a proven strategist that sees the big picture capable of building a digital growth vision for an organization. You have expertise with digital platforms and can not only develop the strategy but execute digital marketing campaigns for maximum results. You relish the idea of creatively experimenting and proving your methodologies with precise reporting. You’ve generated measurable revenue from your plans and can clearly demonstrate keen judgement when your campaigns aren’t working. You’re a positive team player with the ability to dive into the work and deliver.
Responsibilities:
• Develop digital marketing vision and strategy that aligns to overall company business objectives
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, retargeting, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Build and maintain marketing database for reporting and campaign execution
• Able to gather, interpret, and advise based on social media, digital, and enterprise analytics
• Guide the direction of company owned social and web platforms based on data insights
• Measure and report performance (ROI, return on objective) of all digital marketing in accordance with defined KPIs
• Go beyond data analysis to identify trends and take appropriate action based on insight
• Develop innovative and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure multivariate marketing tests for optimal conversion
• Work with emerging media to create a best-in-class digital marketing center of excellence
• Communicate across internal departments to optimize the customer experience for best results
• Define and build targeted audience segments based on high performing customer personas
• Contribute to the creation of customer journey from first touchpoint to customer care
• Identify and collaborate with external agencies as needed
• Stay on top of the latest trends in digital marketing and utilize expertise to socialize importance across the organization
Qualifications:
• Proven experience using digital marketing to create demand generation
• Clear understanding of the customer sales journey (awareness, nurture, close, delight)
• Superior written and oral communication
• Deep expertise on the digital landscape with best-in-class providers
• Proven experience with paid advertising, including but not limited to: Google platforms, social media, and various ad networks
• Experience with A/B testing
• Ability to leverage landing pages to drive lead generation
• Strong analytic skills
• Experience developing and reporting on digital marketing budgets
• Familiar with SEO and SEM
• Experience with email marketing strategies and tactical execution
• Agency experience preferred but not required
