Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

In this role, you will work closely with the Account Strategy Team and will assist account team members with both strategy and execution of digital campaigns. You will need to be able to create the end-to-end blueprints for each campaign, connecting marketing strategies to the client’s goals. This includes identifying all the necessary assets and deliverables for the campaign, including display ads, search headlines, content assets (infographics, white papers, data sheets, case studies), landing pages, blogs, etc.

• Lead digital marketing team to execute all digital campaign work for clients
• Evaluate and optimize integrated marketing strategy
• Monitor and analyze reports, providing insights and overarching report content
• Guide budgeting, targeting and creative
• Support SEO, SEM, email marketing and social strategies
• Partner with web design and development team on campaign execution and goals
• Partner with Account Management team to provide insights and strategies for clients
• Assess client growth opportunities by working alongside Account Strategy team to identify areas with digital strategy needs
• Collaborate with departments across the company to aid individual accounts in leveraging the digital space to help achieve their business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, client industry trends and market shifts
• Manage two direct reports, Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Content Coordinator
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital landscape
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or web analytics application
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Google Adword Certification
• Hubspot Partner & Marketing Certification preferred
• Experience with Asana, or other web-based project management softwares a plus
• Knowledge of other market leading CRM tools include, Sales Force, Marketo, Pardot, etc…
• Experience with Google Ads and/or digital advertising platform
• Self-motivated team player with a positive outlook
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a team and across departments
• Possess time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated track record of detail-oriented execution of digital and/or marketing initiatives
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to effective coach, mentor and train others to meet performance expectations
• Ability to complete projects and tasks with minimal direction from leadership
