Legacy Talent And Entertainment, the Southeast’s premiere talent management firm, is looking for a confident, proactive, and detail-oriented person to join the company as a Talent Coordinator.

• Assist with incoming job opportunities for clients on a day-to-day basis including brand partnerships, licensing deals, auditions, social media campaigns, speaking events, and other revenue opportunities for select digital influencers, celebrities, and athletes
• Coordinate development of deal terms, fees, timelines, and client billing with oversight from the leadership team
• Pitch and create custom proposals for brand partners
• Ensures orderly and timely completion of all projects
• Support the Senior Manager with the development and execution of career strategy and growth projections for each client
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager on the planning and execution of Influencer marketing campaigns and act as a liaison between Influencers and brand partners
• Accompany clients to press events, autograph signings, and radio or televised interviews as necessary
• Maintain client and brand relationships
• Collaborate with internal departments regarding clients’ finances and legal contracts
• Run company social media channels and oversee select clients’ social channels
• Evolving responsibilities based on company growth and need

• Confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt quickly and deliver on tight deadlines
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent communicator with all levels of professionals
• A self-starter and a team player
• Extremely well-organized with attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and work efficiently + independently
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Relations, Entertainment, Production, Public Relations, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Branding, or Advertising
