The first 200 apartments of 346 total at NOVEL Atherton, an absolutely unbeatable location, are now up for lease with move-in dates starting October 1.

The rest should become available by the end of the year.

Floor plans: NOVEL Atherton has studios and one- and two-bedroom units and 26 floor plans ranging from 530 to 1,241 square feet.

Rent: Starts at $1,394  for their 530-square-foot studio up to around $3,000 for their fanciest 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,172 square foot unit.

Design: “The style and programming for Novel Atherton was inspired by the look and feel of a number of boutique hotels and speakeasy bars located in Nashville,” Michael said. The aim is you don’t feel like you’re in Charlotte.

Amenities: It’ll have a heated saltwater pool with tanning ledge; two-story resident clubroom featuring a café and coworking space and gaming tables, library and craft cocktail bar; outdoor coworking space and café; outdoor kitchen, fireplace and activity lawn with festoon lighting; and a two-story, 3,000-square-foot fitness club with Peloton bikes, a group fitness area and more.

Parking: The ground and second floors of the parking deck are for retail, and the gated residential parking is located on floors three to six.

Atherton: Roughly 11,000 square feet of retail is planned and so far Anthropologie, Free People, O-Ku, Luna’s Living Kitchen, INDACO, Warby Parker, West Elm, Barry’s Bootcamp, Sephora, drybar, Madewell, CAVA and Legion Brewing are already in place or have announced they’re going in.
