Sonic Automotive opened a new state-of-the-art guest experience and marketing office in Gaston County right off I-85. It supports both Sonic retail dealerships and Echopark stores.
Nicole Pantas, Sonic’s social media manager gave me a quick tour of the brand new space. The office has room for 500 Sonic employees as the marketing and guest experience teams continue to grow — view open Sonic jobs.
Catch up: Sonic Automotive is a Fortune 500 company with nearly 10,000 employees. They’re one of the biggest car retailers in the United State and have over more than 100 dealerships across the country. Their headquarters is here in Charlotte (located in Cotswold).
Design: You’ll find elements from both the Sonic and EchoPark brand on the campus. Also, an onsite fitness center is conveniently located to the right of the main building.

Culture: Sonic boasts one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry. Why? They’ve got a super competitive benefits package, modern tech (iPads and iPhones) and a robust training program designed to promote growth. Basically, it’s a really cool place to work.
