Industrious, a flexible coworking space, is opening its second Charlotte location in NoDa in early 2020.
Industrious NoDa will be at 436 E. 36th St. in a renovated warehouse owned by Asana Partners. It’s near the light rail station and will be 20,000 square feet.
Background: Industrious opened its first Charlotte location in Uptown in 2017, and they’ve got coworking offices in 40 major cities.“Charlotte is booming. Industrious has been a part of the local community since 2017, and we are proud to be expanding our presence across the city,” said Melissa Bessler, Southeast area manager, Industrious. “As the first national coworking provider in NoDa, we look forward to serving our newest members in Charlotte’s growing historic arts and entertainment district.”
Pricing: Pricing isn’t up for the NoDa location yet, but the Uptown location has community memberships from $419 per month and private offices starting at $666 on the low end and $2,223 on the high end.
Timeline: Target opening is early 2020.
