Responsibilities:
• Organize and improve InVue Connect customer/employee knowledge base.
• Build out and structure InVue Connect with existing material and partner cross-functionally to develop additional articles.
• Support InVue Connect migration and improvements.
• Identifying product pictures needed, coordinating getting the products, taking photos, editing as needed and uploading to InVue Connect.
• Create quick “how to” videos and custom instructions for select customers.
• Fast track the development of a knowledge base that will be both employee and customer facing.
• Provide technical support, FAQs and reference material regarding InVue Connect and Products.
• Improve the customer experience in InVue Connect to provide product photos to help identify the solution in the customers’ stores.
• Improve customer experience by providing useful customer facing collateral that customers can access through self-serve options.

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business-related field.
• Experience in technical writing.
• Exposure to working within a customer experience software (Zendesk) and eCommerce platform.
• Experience in product photography/videography.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic customer facing environment.
• Ability to think systematically.
• Ability to work full time over the entire summer break.
