The big grass field on the corner of Tremont and Tryon will soon become a three-building development named Three30Five.
The 60,000 square feet of retail and office space will be on the exploding Tremont corridor next to the Three30Five apartments. The new development matches the DNA of the neighborhood and continues South End’s mix of retail, residential and office projects.
Neighborhood: This land is is right down Tremont from Common Market South End, Bang Bang Burgers, Zeppelin and the soon to come Callie’s Charleston Biscuits, Pins Mechanical and Cookie Dough Bliss.
Layout: Building A and B will be one-story buildings fronting Tremont with the signature three-story building (building C) fronting Tryon. A and B will each have approximately 8,000 square feet of retail, and building C will have 14,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor. The remaining two floors of building C will contain the 30,000 square feet of office space.
Timing: Developer RAM Real Estate Capital is targeting a ground breaking in the next few weeks with completion in 2020 (and a possibility of late this year). If you’re looking for space, reach out to Tommy Trimble with Foundry Commercial ([email protected]).
