Overview:
Search Solution Group is expanding and looking for a top-notch Account Manager to join our team. The role will be primarily responsible for strengthening existing relationships with clients as well as building new ones.

Responsibilities:
• Building an organized plan to penetrate the Charlotte market, developing new business for our executive search services.
• Making a large volume of telephone calls and face to face visits with clients.
• Understand and sell the value proposition in working with SSG.
• Learning and performing the recruiting process as needed.
• Scheduling interviews and candidate travel as necessary.
• Obtaining and pre-qualifying new Job Orders every week.
• Work close with the recruiting team.
• Ensure reporting and metrics are updated weekly or as required.

Education and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong oral and written skills are required.
• Must have a high attention to detail and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven negotiation and presentation skills, ability to influence decision makers.
• Previous sales or agency recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced industry.
• Must have a great personality and a positive attitude.
