Overview:
Lyft is looking for a motivated individual with sales, operations and customer service experience to support our team. In this role, you will report to the Lead and help build our local driver growth business. You will help manage our recruiter core, coordinate events and source partners to recruit new drivers to the platform. We’re looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude, excited by achieving and exceeding audacious goals.

Responsibilities:
• Source, train and develop driver recruiters team to activate new drivers.
• Assist driver recruiters in guiding drivers through the onboarding process.
• Assist in sourcing and manage strategic driver referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with the team on large events and special driver recruiting projects.
• Motivate and maintain follow-up via phone and text for individuals to complete the onboarding process and give their first ride.
• Manage driver activation strategies to goal and within budget.
• Represent the Lyft brand by serving as the first point of contact for drivers.

Experience and skills:
• 2+ years of business and/or sales experience preferred: Business degree a plus.
• Comfortable with actively generating and managing a pipeline of leads, updating weekly reports, corresponding with recruiters and drivers.
• Self-starter and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Data analysis and ability to manage spreadsheets required.
• Great written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Proficient smartphone and various computer operating systems.
• Willingness to work on the weekends.
• Marketing, promotions and/or partner relationship management experience a plus.
• Knowledge of the for-hire vehicle industry, Lyft driver experience a plus.
