We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to join our team as an Account Director in our Sports and Entertainment Sponsorship group. This enthusiastic professional should have relevant experience working on strategic integrated brand marketing and activation campaigns with Fortune 100 companies. He/she will be self-motivated and inspired, with a creative aptitude and exceptional organizational skills. He/she will have the professional and social etiquette essential for interacting with clients and collaborating cross-functionally with teammates to execute best in class branded programs. In a fast-paced environment, he/she will approach unexpected challenges quickly, creatively and strategically without missing a beat.

• Lead day-to-day junior team to ensure account goals are being met, while also providing critical thinking and account support.
• Interact directly with clients, maintaining consistent dialogue to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and collaboration.
• Assist senior management with execution of official partnerships/relationships, making sure to proactively utilize all assets available to client.
• Interface with sanctioning bodies and others as needed to help build and maintain best in class marketing partnerships to achieve client objectives.
• Work with client team to develop marketing campaign recommendations (Social, Digital and traditional).
• Manage planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events from top to bottom.
• Maintain oversight on all activation programming, including overall annual and per event budgeting.
• Fully understand project budgets and effectively manage costs within scope diligently, adhering to internal guidelines.
• Frequent travel is required, including weekends and occasional holidays.

• Has a bachelor degree (minimum) and 7-10 years of relevant work experience. Note this position is not appropriate for those with greater or lesser levels of experience.
• Has a deep understanding of the Olympic landscape and position-relevant experience working with the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) and/or National Governing Bodies (NGB). Note that relevant experience would include client leadership/management, but would not include sales, operations or athlete management.
• Transitions smoothly from task to task from one fast-paced environment to another.
