This candidate will perform full-cycle recruiting to source, identify and select the top engineers and scientists to support Corvid’s overwhelming growth. By leveraging networking and campus relations, this candidate will establish and maintain relationships with top universities to acquire the top talent. This candidate is responsible for holding all members of the leadership team accountable for their respective roles in recruiting and selection. Creativity, exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic are critical in this position.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Review resumes and schedule initial interviews.
• Conduct pre-screen and initial interviews of all candidates entering the process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and agenda for candidates and Corvid interviewers.
• Build referral source network within the network office.
• Promote the benefits of network growth and recruiting successes within the network office.
• Guide leadership team in developing specific recruiting strategies and activities necessary to reach network office recruiting goals.
• Monitor activity and results of the leadership team and hold members accountable for their particular recruiting roles.
• Maintain database of all recruiting activity.
• Report weekly activity to the leadership team.
• Coordinate regular (weekly, monthly and quarterly) meetings with the leadership team.
• Prepare activity/results reports for leadership team meetings.
• Write job description and qualifications and post on relevant websites.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Develop recruiting materials.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Ability to build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard to fill specialty positions.
