The job:
The Customer Service Manager and Wholesale Assistant will be a task and results driven individual with strong communication skills and a love for people. They will also have a strong understanding of systems and reporting. The person in this role will be responsible for entering, processing and managing all wholesale and retail orders. They will serve as a liaison between boutique and retail customers and the rest of the Bella Tunno team.

Core responsibilities:
Wholesale/customer service management
• Manage wholesale customer service.
• Answer all customer service phone calls and emails. Customer inquiries include placing orders, checking on order status, damage claims, product information, etc.
• Work with sales manager to communicate backorders, out of stock items and promotions to sales team and customer base.
Wholesale order processing
• Upload wholesale orders from showroom order management systems daily.
• Enter orders faxed, called or emailed into Bella Tunno.
• Process payment for wholesale orders.
• Review backorder/order processing reports and work with sales manager to communicate with sales force.
• Assess inventory daily and work with director of operations to problem solve out of stock items.
• Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction.
• Invoice all customers on terms.
• Export all orders to fulfillment house daily.
• Follow up weekly on Accounts Receivable.
• Day-to-day contact with fulfillment house. Monitor performance to ensure orders are shipping accurately and on time.
Retail/customer service management
• Manage customer service for www.bellatunno.com.
• Manage retail promotional calendar and implement promotional content on website.
• Entering and managing items, images and product content on website.
• Day-to-day contact with fulfillment house. Monitor performance to ensure orders are shipping accurately and on time.
Local events coordinator
• Plans and implements local warehouse sales.
• Prepares gifts for local charity auctions.
• Assists in coordinating Bella Tunno photoshoot twice a year.
• Liaison with participants for local focus groups and mom club product testing.
Office management
• Order office supplies.
• Assist with administrative needs.
• Organize samples.

• 2 years retail or related work experience.
• College degree required.
