The job:
As a Manager at Bella Bridesmaids, you will lead appointments for brides to find the bridesmaid dresses of their dreams. Once the appointment is over, you will have the responsibility of hand-holding brides and bridesmaids through color and dress selection, sizing and getting swatches. Throughout the week, you will schedule and lead Courtesy Fittings for other Bellas and fittings for Charlotte brides.

As the Manager, you will send Final Contracts, place orders with designers and process the dresses upon arrival. You will see all sides of the business by assisting in shipping & receiving, weekly and monthly check-ins and store upkeep.

Your role as Manager will include troubleshooting with brides, bridal party and designers. You are the first point of contact when problems arise, so you will be responsible for providing the utmost customer service and creativity. We can promise that the phone will ring constantly.

You will assist the Owner in hiring and training part-time Stylists. You will also work closely with the owner during the seasonal sample buying process, which includes a visit to NYC bridal fashion week in October.

Experience:
• College Degree and 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Candidates with Product Development background strongly encouraged to apply.

Hours of work:
• 30 to 35 hours per week.
• General days and times are Tuesday-Thursday 10:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Two Saturdays a month at minimum.
