Ace of Spuds, a new all-potato food truck, is now serving in Charlotte.

The family-owned operation kicked off its soft opening yesterday with lunch service at Camp North End.

The menu features loaded jacket potatoes and potato skins stuffed with gourmet fillings.

You can expect to see new products and flavor combos added over time, but to start the signature menu includes potatoes stuffed with Cajun shrimp, cheesesteak, bacon and cheddar and seasonal veggies.

Vegan options are available, including vegan cheese and sour cream.
