Want to grow with a great company? Take on some responsibility for serving up the best ice cream imaginable? Come work at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams at our new location in Charlotte, NC. We are currently hiring for part-time Scoop Shop Ambassadors and Team Leads.

As an Ice Cream Ambassador you will:
• Serve the ice cream Time magazine calls “the best in America”.
• Gain valuable real-world business experience.
• Work in a fast-paced, never boring environment.

• Bring people joy and help build community.

Ice Cream Ambassadors (also known as scoop shop employees) will be expected to:
• Exhibit passion for community, an eye for detail, a willingness to clean (a lot), stamina (to serve people in long lines) and the ability to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
• Be familiar with what distinguishes Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams from other ice creams.
• Be available to work during the day, weekends and possibly late nights (past 11 p.m.).
• Provide consistent, world-class service to every single customer.

We are looking for:
• Part-time Ambassadors.
• Part-time Team Leads.
• Nights + weekend availability.
• Daytime availability.
