Marketing Brand Channel Manager (HIRED)
Overview:
This role will serve on the Strategic Communications Planning and Paid Media team, responsible for end-to-end communications planning across paid, owned, earned media as well as tactical paid media planning and execution.
Who you are:
The candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing principles as well as be knowledgeable about emerging channels and technology to reach individuals and deliver personalized experiences. This individual will work closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, lines of business, research, analytics and agency partners to develop compelling programs to drive customer favorability and lifetime value as well as help lines of business achieve revenue goals. This individual should be intellectually curious, possess a spirit of innovation, demonstrate flexibility and be skilled in tenacity desired.
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in marketing with a deep functional understanding of digital and social marketing, customer targeting desired.
• Excellent communications skills and experience directing the work of others without direct reporting relationship.
• Experience navigating a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
