The development
Development owner, Pamlico Investments, told the Agenda that a 109,000-square-foot self-storage company and dentist office have also signed leases.
There is no lease signed on the prime corner retail space, which is 2,895 square feet with significant patio space (Sarah Thomas and Phillip Corriher of The Chambers Group are leasing the space).
“The Belmont neighborhood is an important part of Charlotte’s history and future,” said D. Brent Wright, Jr., president of Pamlico Investments. “We’ve been patient and selective with our retail tenant mix.”
