Human Resources Coordinator (HIRED)
What you will do:
The Human Resources Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will include Pre- Employment, New Hire Process and Employee Engagement. You also can be involved with Benefit Administration, Management Policies, Employee Handbooks and more.
Our ideal candidate:
• 1-3 years of Human Resources experience on-boarding employees.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience with I-9, HRIS, Policies, Handbooks, 401k plans and Benefits Administration is a plus.
• The Human Resources Coordinator must be able to work with a high level of confidentiality as well as possess superior organizational and time management skills.
