General Manager – Retail

Overview:
Complete Nutrition is seeking and highly motivated and experienced General Manager to help lead our retail business. Candidates must have a strong passion for health, fitness, nutrition and working with clients to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellent commitment to growing a retail business through business to business partnerships and social media engagement. Job functions:
• Be the leading consultant and partner in life change for our customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop mutually beneficial relationships with other businesses.
• Grow social media footprint to promote the business.
• Recruiting, on-boarding and training employees.
• Inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, ordering and receiving, evaluating new product lines.

Qualifications:
Required
• 2 years Retail Management.
• 3 years health/fitness experience, personally or professionally.
• Extensive social media knowledge (Facebook and Instagram).
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekends.
Preferred
• NC licensed Dietician or Nutritionist.
• Extensive networking in local health/fitness industry.
