Overview:
The Product Care Division is the largest supplier of e-commerce packaging and works with the largest brands in the business. We are working on an exciting new project combining the physical and digital aspects of advertising through packaging. If you are well versed in e-commerce, paid advertising and analytics, this is the job for you — though this role is very unique in that you will not be managing paid advertising exclusively for Sealed Air or its brands. Instead you will have the opportunity to completely build and structure a new market and have high visibility throughout our entire organization while doing it. Want to be pigeon-holed at a desk where you will only be responsible for one thing? Want someone to tell you what exactly to do each day to meet your goal? This is not that job.

The key for this position is a willingness to take on challenging problems, break them down into manageable chunks and work through solutions and then try and try again to continuously improve.

Experience:
• Strong background and experience in the digital advertising ecosystem (both supply and demand sides-Google AdWords, exchange and bidding software, social media advertising, digital display ads, programmatic advertising solutions and marketplace, reporting, tracking and metrics analysis).
• Experience working and knowledgeable with a wide variety of digital ad platforms, exchanges, publishers and programs.
• Proficient in driving new business models, building business cases and are comfortable in the fuzzy front end, growing something from nothing and ultimately meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
• Presented new products/concepts to marketers and thrive when someone challenges you.
• Effectively translate the vision of the organization into actionable, quantitative plans, working closely with our customers, partners, R&D, marketing and supply chain teams.
• Entrepreneurial, comfortable working in fast-paced environments and don’t mind a constantly evolving job where you have the opportunity to determine what your role looks like next.

Qualifications:
Required
• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25% to 50%.
Preferred
• Extensive SEO/SEM experience.
• Results-oriented and action-driven.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Intellectually curious, analytical, strong attention to detail, self-motivated.
