
Developer Hopper Communities will soon begin selling 74 new townhomes in the West End neighborhood.
Called Uptown West, the community will span 16 buildings near the intersection of Duckworth Avenue and Wesley Heights Way, just off of West Trade Street on the west side of I-77.
The three-story homes will all have rooftop terraces with Uptown views.
The two- and three-bedroom units will range from 1,311 to 2,177 square feet and start in the low $300,000s.
The homes also have two-car garages and the community will have a fenced-in dog park.
Sales will begin November 2 with a party at 200 Wesley Heights Way from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Hopper is also the townhomes underway in South End.
They’re in phase two of SouthPoint at South End, priced in the upper $300,000s.
