The job:
The Business Development and Marketing Coordinator will coordinate Retail Practice specific business development and marketing activities, working in close partnership with his/her marketing teammates and the Retail leadership team. In this capacity, responsibilities will include but not limited to the below.
Business development
• Research/tracking the industry, competitive, client and leads.
• Proposal development, coordination, production, delivery and follow up (internal and external).
• Business development presentation presentation/interview support, coordination, production and follow up (internal and external).
• Business development plan fulfillment/execution support.
• CRM update, maintenance and reporting.
Marketing support
• Speaking abstract submission coordination, presentation coordination (if accepted), promotion communications.
• Industry event coordination and follow up.
• Award submission coordination, promotion communications.
• Photography coordination.
• Marketing material coordination – print based, online, interactive.
• Social media presence.
• Digital marketing.

The prioritization and management of these activities will adapt as practice needs fluctuate. Experience with this type of activity in the retail industry is a plus.

• Working knowledge of InDesign, Keynote.
• Strong proofreading capabilities.
