A Ruth’s Chris Server is one of the most prestigious and highly compensated server positions in the world.  The Ruth’s Chris server is not a stop-over position, it is a career.  Our servers are dynamic, interesting, professional and passionate about food and wine.  A typical server applicant must possess at least 2 years of formal dining experience, exceptional wine and cocktails knowledge, impeccable personal appearance and exceptional interpersonal relationships skills.  A extreme level of natural hospitality is a non-negotiable requirement.
