Leasing Consultant

Overview:
Seeking a professional, energetic, organized, self-motivated individual. Primary responsibility is the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals. Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and provide exceptional customer service. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move-in paperwork and procedures, as well as, marketing both outbound and through social media. Performs all of the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Working knowledge of Realpage Onesite and the AANC Lease a plus.

Job requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in residential property management preferred, will consider a candidate with strong sales/customer service background with proven track record of success.
• NAA Designation a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, criminal background check, drug testing and references required.
