Although the on-trend drink of the summer — a slushy blend of frozen rosé wine and fruit juice — is all over Instagram from coast to coast, it’s a bit more elusive than anticipated in Charlotte. But the important thing is that it’s here and the season isn’t over yet.

Here are three places you’ll find frosé in Charlotte…

Tupelo Honey Cafe

Address: 1820 South Boulevard, Charlotte NC 28203
Best for: Brunch

The Cherry Bomb Frosé is only available at select locations and guess what… Charlotte’s got it. Catch this slushy seasonal drink before it’s gone. It’s the perfect addition to a long, lazy brunch.

Angry Ale’s

Address: 1518 Montford Drive, Charlotte NC 28209 | 9605 N. Tryon Street, Charlotte NC 28262
Best for: A casual Friday happy hour

This no frills hang out gets fluffed up on Fridays with its special frozen pink drink. Pair it with a pile of totchos — tater tots covered in cheese, salsa, sour cream and your choice of ground beef, chicken or spicy sausage.

The Imperial

Address: 300 N. College Street #101, Charlotte NC 28202
Best for: A night on the town with rooftop views

They’ve got a rooftop patio, live jazz on Fridays and Saturdays and a killer lineup of frozen drinks, including frosé, Redbull vodka and a tropical drink served in a pineapple. Do you need more convincing than that?

[Kindred led the frosé trend in Charlotte last year, but it is not currently on the menu.]
